Because my trade happened to be involved in this particular issue, I received the forwarded mail for information, and I became one of the first recipients of his happiness.
It was quite a transfer of happy healthy emotions.

Getting paid is in itself an acknowledgement of the value exchanged, but you get what you give in full when the customer can't help but tell the world his need was satisfied.
Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved by providing mediocre service. One must continuously give more than the Riyal amount to exceed expectations. After all it's not about the pay but the level of giving resulting to the awesome feeling circulated around the office one busy Wednesday morning.
This is the joy of work.
